Tears came to my eyes looking at this.  THIS is the way it should be.  Us Black folks in the older generation should go out of our way, like Oprah and Quincy Jones, and Sidney Poitier did in this example, to help and counsel Black folks in younger generations.  And Black folks in younger generations should have the good sense to do what Jamie Foxx did and LISTEN!  Had he not listened and taken their advice, he probably would not have his Oscar.
